Shipping Method We Use

Estimated Delivery Time
In order to ensure that your items arrive in time for your event, please use the following calculation to determine the estimated date you'll receive your order:
(Processing Time) + (Shipping Time) = Estimated Delivery Time
Processing Time: the period of time from when you submit your order to when the items leaves the warehouse. In this period, we may contact you to confirm order details. It usually takes winthin 1 - 2 working days.
Shipping Time: the period of time from when the item be shipped by EMS Express to when it arrives at your door. It usually takes about 5 - 7 working days.
Estimated Delivery Time: The total period of time from when you place an order to when you get your order. It takes about 6 - 9 working days.
Our Standard Shipping Charges
The Shipping charges of EMS EXPRESS depends on the weight of the package and the destination country you're from.
When you have all your items in your shopping cart, and you are ready to complete the purchase, you'll press the "checkout" button. Then you'll probably have to register or log in if you are already registered. Then the next screen will show you both shipping options with the automatically calculated shipping costs for those weights.
We will notify our customer when order shipped
When your order is shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided. You can find a tracking number in the Email.

Important
You can't change your shipping address after you placed an order, or we probably will cancel the order and refund the money to you. So please make sure you left the correct shipping address while you making the order.
Besides,your telephone number is very important, because EMS will pass the items to your local post office, then the postman will contact you to arrange the delivery.
Return Policy
We wants customers to be happy. Sometimes a return is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction. Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly:
- None_refundable if as same as item description.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for product return. If we consider that the problem with the item is our responsability (i.e. mistake on the requested size, model) we WILL REFUND shipping costs.
- All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments must be approved by us within Three working days of receipt of order.
- You should provide us the Authorization of the shipping goods. Failure to approve the Authorization will result in no action.
- Merchandise must be in new condition, you can open it, but don't make it dirty or altered.
- No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you request damages from the shipping company.
- On approved items, buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless eric is responsible for the return due to sending the wrong item.
Refund
All refunds are made via PAYPAL. You only need to open an account (takes you 2 minutes) and then they'll deposit your funds into your bank account. If your country is not on the available list of Paypal or you don't have a bank account, we'll find other ways to refund, but probably we'll have to discount extra fees for other services.
Abailability
We'll do everything to ensure the inmediate availability of our catalog, however, sometimes certain models and sizes are hard to get. In those cases we'll act this way:
1st: Offer an exchange for different model or size.
2nd: Try to buy the shirt at retail to ship it anyway to you
3rd: Refund full amount paid.
